Welcome to this catch-all corner.
This website is an attempt to gather concerns, ideas, and questions I like to share. If I'm honest with myself, it's really more about writing them down so I remember them.
On this site you'll find the result of many professional interests: thanks to my background as a computer engineer and my profession in education, I design constructions, infographics, data analysis, dynamic applications, and animations. Also assessment tests for online platforms using GeoGebra, JavaScript, P5, Python (Manim), and LaTeX, among other technologies.
I have extensive experience in education and training. I've taught university courses related to the use of dynamic geometry software like GeoGebra and have worked as a web designer and developer.
Animations, interactive elements, and videos provide a very valuable tool for teaching, explaining ideas, and making it easier to understand concepts of different kinds. Part of the success of new tools lies in the community that supports and enriches them. I like contributing to that collective effort and encouraging students to do the same.
But there's a special place here for nutrition, which I've been studying for a few years now through the TSD (Higher Technician in Dietetics) program. Here you'll find what I publish in the Metabólica space.
I regularly work with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, trying to find that connection between science and design.
This website is built with MkDocs and uses Markdown, a simple language that lets content take center stage. The site is available in English and Spanish. I've worked as a math teacher in Spain and in Calgary (Canada), and in 2016 I earned the CPE (Certificate of Proficiency in English), which denotes the highest level of English according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

About my passion for what I do
I love graphic explanations of complicated ideas. I like design and technology, and I try to find the areas where the two collide. I'm also interested in many other topics, such as sports science, training, nutrition, and aerospace engineering. After many years of studying mathematics, languages, and programming, I know how difficult it is to understand new concepts and how valuable it is to find someone who teaches them with passion. I always try to show passion for what I do.

This site's visual identity was created by rotating a geometric figure. I've studied countless logos created using this technique. Some of them can be seen in this GeoGebra book.
